Stop Work Provisions

We reserve the right to cease work/terminate engagement for any reason. Examples of reasons for cessation of progress/termination of engagement include nonpayment of fees, conflicts of interest, incorrect or incomplete information, lack of information, or perceived ethics issues. Depending on the reason behind the stop of work, monthly fee processing may be halted at the sole discretion of Tax Goddess Business Services, PC. Note that no refunds will be given for any reason. This paragraph also applies if you, the client, decide to terminate for any reason.
